Nationally known gardening expert, TV/radio host, author & columnist Melinda Myers has over 30 years of horticulture experience and has written over 20 gardening books, including Can’t Miss Small Space Gardening and the Midwest Gardener's Handbook. She hosts the nationally-syndicated “Melinda’s Garden Moment” TV and radio program and the Great Courses “How to Grow Anything” DVD series.
Myers is a columnist and contributing editor for Birds & Blooms magazine, a regular columnist for The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and writes a nationally distributed newspaper column.

Melinda was a contributing editor and columnist for Backyard Living magazine and has written articles for Better Homes and Gardens and Fine Gardening.
Melinda has a master’s degree in horticulture, is a certified arborist, and was a horticulture instructor with tenure. For her work, community service and media presence, Melinda has received recognition and numerous awards, including the national American Horticultural Society’s B.Y. Morrison Communication Award.
